CHRISTMAS ORDERS:
Please note that I will be doing my best to get any orders made prior to the 10th of December sent out in time for Christmas, however depending on stock on hand at the time of order, they may be delayed. Please feel free to email me for any further clarification before making your order.
Orders made after the 10th of December will likely not make the Australia Post cut-off, but please check with me via email if unsure and I will do my best to get it on the way!
Once full payment has been received for your order, online orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 5-10 business days (unless the items you are after are out of stock and are awaiting production). All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive, longer for remote areas.
For any orders of out-of-stock items, please allow 2-3 weeks for the items to be made and shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking advice. If part order is out of stock, the entire order will be sent when all work is ready.
While absolute care is taken when packing products for postage, unfortunately the occasional breakage is unavoidable. If you receive an order which has suffered damage in shipment, please take a photo showing the damage within 48 hours and email me directly at info@hobarthills.com.au for a replacement delivery. While any replacement ceramics will be prioritised, please allow suitable time for the order to be remade and sent.
International deliveries are sent via courier or Australia Post, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the order weight and country of destination. Parcel carriers will vary between countries and final delivery may be completed by a courier or local postal service.
Hobart Hills currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States. Please contact me to discuss shipping to other countries.

If you receive your items and you are not happy for any reason, please get in contact immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. Once any items being returned have been safely shipped back to my studio, a refund can be processed. Any shipping and associated costs for refunds are at the customer’s expense, unless the original items are damaged on arrival. Any returned items arriving damaged at the studio due to inadequate packaging unfortunately can not be refunded, so please be certain to package these carefully and ideally in the same packaging they were delivered in.
Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. Hobart Hills can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to me, by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered, re-delivery charges may apply.
